Recovery poem
Ana come back to me
You promised you’d never leave!
I need you to wrap your arms around me,
I need to believe
I want to be weak again,
I want to walk on air.
I know you feel the same –
I can’t live without you there.
Why can’t I stop thinking?
Just for a little while.
In this sea of pain I’m sinking,
Why must I look so vile?
You’re the only one I need,
You give me strength to fight.
On your love alone I’ll feed
As I run towards the light…
