Sophie writes here about how are helps her: "Art and creativity have been a huge part of my quest for recovery and although I am still very much on that path I firmly believe that being more creative, whether it be painting, photography or crafting, is helping me find myself. I painted this [picture below] last year whilst I was attending daycare intensive support and I was going through an emotionally difficult time but painting provided a relief and also a feeling of achievement".
